III. There are many possible solutions to this problem. The possible solutions are: (Two articles must be attached and annotated bibliography)

To either suspend or eliminate welfare for single people, working families, the homeless, and the elderly. Possibly just getting rid of it. Just give welfare to people affected by disasters both natural and artificial. Ban people from recieving welfare if caught with illegal drugs on them and in their system.

This article talks about wellfare in the world and its historical significance and the problems that face the overall use of welfare and what it does to people.

To eliminate welfare to people except for war veterans, the physically and mentally disabled, and single mothers/fathers with more than one child.

V. I (we) think this solution will work because: (You must use factual information to prove your solution will work)

It will help help lower state and federal debt by a third and will improve the overall economy because the more money the government has, the more funding of education and businesses that will help make more jobs and keep less people from needing welfare. Although the first couple of years will be rocky, it will eventually smooth out.
